Destiny’s Child charisma, Little Mix’s talent, a strong personality for each of those four gorgeous korean girls like Spice Girls! CL, Bom, Minzy and Dara are definitely my new queens of pop !
So, here are 5 reasons to love them, young unicorn looking for musical wonders! 🙂
1) They’re crazy talented!
Minzy‘s smooth, deep voice, CL‘s amazing flow, Bom’s slightly cracked voice and Dara’s high pitched and unique tone harmonize perfectly! And, I’m not done! CL, principal rapper of the band,wrote their hit ‘Crush’ for their second album called the same way and Dara is a very good guitar player! Plus, when they’re on stage they set it on fire with their super cool choreographies and have indeniable presences!

2) They’re real fashionistas!
Colored, bold, stylish and cute at the same time, their look would be Strawberry Shortcake, Beyoncé,Luna Lovegood and Lady Gaga that would’ve had a children together (yes, it’s possible, of course!) They regularly wear Adidas, especially all that’s designed by Jeremy Scott !

3)Their music is so freaking great!
Their music genre is pop, but not only! It’s actually very diversified because you can find dance touches (‘Do you love me ?’), hip-hop (‘MTBD’), pop-rock (‘Ugly’), or reggae (‘Lonely’ acoustic version), among others. Their lyrics, that owe mostly to composer-songwriter Teddy Park, they talk about love, confidence (or its lack), parties…

4) They collaborated with the greatest people!
I was talking about Jeremy Scott but he’s not the only one who fell in love with those four superstars! They collaborated with Will.I.Am a few times so far, especially for his song ‘Gettin’ Dumb’. It’s their song ‘I am the Best’ you can hear in Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablet ad.

5) They’re the perfect transition between western pop and K-Pop!
If you ever think K-Pop is too exotic, then you won’t feel lost with 2NE1 because their style is kind of close to english-speaking pop adding their own touch to it. I became a huge K-Pop fan thanks to them (HyunA and Big Bang, too) !
